The founder of Valor Tax Solutions, Yvonne Heerema, is a pioneering as well as stabilizing leadership force in the commercial real estate industry.  Yvonne’s passion is to make sure everyone pays only their fair share of property taxes and this is the driving force behind the company’s success.

Yvonne has a 15 year extensive background of finance and property tax experience. Her expertise is identifying issues of overvaluation and representing clients through all phases of the appeal process. Yvonne respects her clients and the relationships she has built over the years. She strives to foster an atmosphere of open and honest communication.

Yvonne served as the 2015 President for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Austin, the Austin chapter of CREW Network. She currently is an active CREW member and sits on the Board of Directors. Yvonne is also an active member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM) and the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR). Being a part of these organizations has provided invaluable experience and broadened her perspective of the property tax industry.
